POA assessments are set at $730.00 per lot, and are due annually on January 1. Invoices will be mailed in November for the January 1 due date.
Installment payments may be made with the CSE Treasurer. Arrangements for monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual installments must be made prior to the January 1 due date. A $40 convenience fee will be added to residents choosing the installment option. All installments must be paid in full by 15 September for the year. All assessments unpaid as of the due date will be subject to a $15 late fee and annual interest of 18% on the unpaid balance.
