POA assessments are set at $775.00 per lot and are due annually on January 1. Statements are available in each member's individual Online Owner's Portal with Cusick Management Company HOA, https://cusick.cincwebaxis.com/, where you can access your account to make dues and other payments.
If you wish to pay dues via US Postal mail, please send a personal or cashier’s check or money order.

Arrangements for monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual installments must be made prior to the January 1 due date. A $40 convenience fee will be added to residents choosing the installment option. All installments must be paid in full by 15 September for the year. All assessments unpaid as of the due date will be subject to a $15 late fee and annual interest of 18% on the unpaid balance.
